Payment Options
1. Online Payments
We have partnered with Payment Service Network (PSN) to offer secure online payment services. PSN maintains the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
How to Pay Online:
- Click the “Pay Water Bill” button above.
- Register your account the first time; subsequent payments can be made in three easy steps.
- View your balance and make payments online.
Fees:
- A $1.00 fee is charged for checking/savings payments.
- A 2.50% fee (plus $0.50 if the payment is less than $100) is applied to credit/debit card payments.
Features:
- Pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill (Auto-Pay must be set up online).
- Print receipts, view past payments, see the status of payments, and stop Auto-Pay online.

2. Mobile Payments

How to Pay via Mobile:
- Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store or Google Play.
- Create your payer profile online before using the app.
3. Phone Payments
Make payments conveniently over the phone.

4. Mail-In Payments

Direct Debit Payment Option

Benefits:
- Your monthly water bill payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date.
- Avoid late fees and the hassle of manual payments.
Note: Ensure sufficient funds are available in your account on the due date to prevent overdraft charges.
Additional Information
Billing Cycle:
- Bills are mailed on or before the 10th of each month
- Payments are due on the 25th of each month
- A penalty of ten percent will be added to all bills not paid by the due date.
Past Due Accounts:
- Accounts past due are eligible for disconnection ten days after the original due date.
- Reconnection requires full payment plus a reconnect fee of $20.00 for the first reconnection and $50.00 for subsequent reconnections.
- Past due payments must be made at City Hall.
Opening and Closing Water Accounts:
- Renters:
- Open accounts in person with a photo ID and a $100.00 deposit.
- Upon closing, the deposit is applied to the final bill; any remaining balance is due within 60 days.
- Property Owners:
- Open accounts in person with a photo ID; no deposit required.
- Final bills are due within 60 days of account closure.
